I shot a video with my iPhone 4 and then uploaded, unmodified, to FaceBook using the Facebook iPhone App. Now when I try to play it using the same iPhone and app I get " Sorry, this video can't be viewed because it is I'm a format not supported by this device.".

Are you seeing this message while in the Facebook app, your web browser on a computer or using Safari on a Mac? -----
I'm see it on the same iPhone and Facebook app that I used to upload the video.
