I'm trying to transfer my apps to iTunes. But I don't know how. Help me with this? The last time I did a sync I lost alot of them. I want to do a restore from back up but I have some new apps I bought after that and I don't want to lose them.

After you plug your device to the computer and see it pop up in iTunes, right click on it and select "transfer purchases".
