i purchased and i phone in Canada and went to italy and decided to buy a micro sim and phone keeps telling me that its un combatable

no its locked I asked them to unlock it they said they would not i even offered to buy it out right and the said no Now i have to find a way to unlock my phone

Its locked to Rogers in Canada.. you need to unlock it..
