Does anyone know what the write cycle, basically the life expectancy of iPhone's flash drive is. I'm a little concerned of a couple apps I have that do a lot of read/writing to the drive.

I wouldn't worry about it. The flash memory is more likely to last longer than you want the phone and other issues. -----
Flash memory, unless broken in half, burnt, or otherwise harmed will likely outlast most of the other hardware.
