iPhone iTunes, Authorizing My Pc

Good morning, I don't remember if this question was asked or not. But how
do I authorize my pc to get everything I downloaded on iTunes to play on my pc?

iTunes > Tools > Authorize This Computer - log in with iTunes Account & PW

I authorized my pc but the songs I have won't play in full. They only play a few seconds of the song.
