I'm considering purchasing the iPhone 4 soon and was wondering if there was going to be an updated phone put out to solve the antenna problem without adding a bump case. I always seem to buy Apple products right before they update the whole line! Any ideas?

They aren't changing the design - issued a statement a week or two ago that they are discontinuing the case program as of 9/30 as the problem "was not as widespread as we originally thought", so if you want the free case you HAVE to buy before 9/30. If you buy after 9/30 you can call Apple Support, complain and end up getting a free Apple Bumper but they are not going to release a new phone until next June/July...-----
