I bought a ringtone from iTunes and cant figure out how to get it on
my iPhone.

Put it in iTunes Ringtone section, make sure your iPhone Device > Ringtones tap is set to sync all ringtones or at least the ones you want and click sync.You can also create your own ringtones with your music on Itunes and then download them in your Iphone ! :-)
