I just bought an IPhone 2 months ago and the kind of computer I'm using is a PC operated by Windows (not a Mac), of course I've synced it many times and nothing's happened, but yesterday, my friend, an Iphone seller, told me that syncing Iphone into a PC may cause bugs which can make my Iphone an useless brick. Is it right ?

That’s only true if you hacked your iPhone usually.Then half the iPhones will be having issues. Sounds like he want to sell you a mac :)
